 Professional bio:

Christine Pechstein is one of the most energy driven Christian life management coaches in the Midwest. Her passion is teaching and coaching individuals to achieve permanent life change in all nine life areas through ongoing leadership development and by challenging people to utilize their untapped potential. She is also a Christian life management coach who encourages personal growth while living a balanced life to prevent burnout. Christine is on a mission to teach people, churches, and business cultures that life management and personal focus are the first steps to leading a productive, satisfying, and sane life. She also believes that ongoing leadership development is the key to identifying and growing leaders from the ground floor up.

She believes that one of the safest and wisest investments of our time is simply investing in human capital through personal leadership development and priority management. As lives are changed from investments made into people's live through Christ-centered foundations, opportunities for self-improvement continued, and the hidden potential discovered within each human being through coaching, the transformations occurring in the nine life areas will change the world one person and one group at a time. And with the trickle effect, investing in human capital means investing in the potential of the future world!

Christine has worked extensively in the non-profit sector coaching clients one on one in their lives and careers. She advocated for individuals with disabilities in their employment endeavors and worked extensively as a liaison between employers and clients. In addition, Christine developed and taught local job clubs and took the lead in developing community leadership development programs. She is an author of numerous Christian Life Management workbooks and agendas, and a teacher whose focus is personal accountability with a no excuses approach. Christine uses real life stories, personal examples, humor, and a pep-rally motivation style to engage participants.   

Currently she teaches leadership classes, life management workshops, and is in the process of writing a prayer and bible study workbook that is in what she refers to "prayerful development". She also hosts workshops privately for professional organizations and churches. Christine resides in Hutchinson, Kansas with her children, family, and one very spoiled cat named Chunks.
