Happy Monday!
Ok, so maybe the daily grind of a Monday morning is setting in, and you're really not all that excited about it being Monday morning. I have a cure! Are you ready? It's called: F O C U S FOCUS...and yes, Focus on someone else! Each day this week focus on someone to make them smile! Do something simple... Bring them a coffee or donuts! Take their car to the car wash! Cook dinner! Treat to an Icee! Email some special pictures to them! Leave a thank you note just for friendship on their desk! Babysit for an hour and give them some time away spontaneously! Hand the remote control to someone special and let them choose all TV shows for the evening! (Ok, so this may be a test of character, but you can do it!) Give a scalp massage! You got the idea? Go for it! Each day pick one person (and even a stranger counts (but not for a scalp massage or dinner...that's creepy! Have you ever paid for the drink of the person standing behind you at the coffee shop without telling them?) Do something quick, inexpensive, simple, and focus on them. I promise your week will ROCK!
